Booking Information: good + good to know

Plan your stay with this booking information describing all the amenities, services and daily routines at Bacher Living. Please view all of this as an addition to the personal hospitality of the Bacher family and their staff. Do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions or require further information. Enjoy your mountain stay!

Arrival/check-in

  • Your apartment will be ready for you from 4:00 PM. Please let us know if you are going to arrive after 6:00 PM.
  • If possible, your chalet or apartment will be ready for you even earlier.

Departure/check-out

  • We request that you vacate your apartment by 9:00 AM.

Additional beds

Winter season 2024/25:

  • Children (0 to 6 years): €30.00
  • Children (7 to 12 years): €40.00
  • Adolescents (13 to 17 years): €50.00
  • Adults (from 18 years): €60.00

Summer season 2025:

  • Children (0 to 6 years): €20.00
  • Children (7 to 17 years): €30.00
  • Children (7 to 17 years): €30.00

Prices per person and day

Tourist tax

  • Per adult/day: €3.70

Final cleaning

  • Alpkopf: € 150,00
  • Bifang: € 150,00
  • Frommes: € 150,00
  • Schilti: € 250,00

Short stays (up to and including 5 nights)

  • A minimum stay of five nights applies to our chalets.
  • For stays up to and including 5 nights, a surcharge of 15 % of the chalet or apartment price will be charged.

Bill

  • Please settle your bills at the main house – Alpinapart-Bacher – in the morning of the day before your departure or by arrangement.

Super. Sommer. Card.

The SUPER is there for unlimited, inexpensive fun and unlimited travel on the summer mountain lifts. SUMMER. CARD. for the region (is obligatory and charged separately). It is your door opener to countless leisure attractions and experiences, including admission to the summer mountain lifts.

  • Highspeed Wi-Fi in all chalets und apartments.

E-charging station

  • Charging stations for cars and bikes are available for our guests.

Change of linen

  • Towels are exchanged on Wednesdays.
  • Bed linen is exchanged on Saturdays.
  • We request that you place the laundry you would like to be exchanged on the floor in the bathroom.

Pets

  • Please understand that unfortunately we cannot accept pets.

Digital guest folder

The digital guest folder contains additional useful information about Bacher Living and the Serfaus-Fiss- Ladis region. They are available in the chalet or apartment and can be accessed using your personal smartphone or tablet by scanning the QR code.
